  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 head broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce (optional)
  • 1 batch keto stir fry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the keto stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce if using. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the chopped chicken and almond flour lightly.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat. Stir fry the chicken until mostly cooked through; then remove from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger; stir fry for several minutes until fragrant. Then add onion, broccoli, and bell pepper; cook until vegetables are tender.
