  • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded/chopped)
  • 9 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and well-drained)
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, spinach, artichokes, and parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F. Then increase the temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
