  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add melted butter mixture and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture into the wet ingredients; stir just until combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before cutting.
  6. For decoration, fill a ziplock bag with melted white chocolate, cut one corner off, and pipe spider webs on each brownie.
