  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, sauté green onion, ginger, and garlic in oil over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
