  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add marshmallows, and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla.
  3. In another saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and caramels; melt until smooth.
  4. Pour caramel over the Rice Krispie base and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  5. Melt heavy cream and chocolate chips until smooth; drizzle over the caramel layer.
  6. Top with more sea salt and let cool before cutting into squares.
