  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and reserve the icing for later.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cut cinnamon rolls and shake until coated.
  4. Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  5. Layer coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzling with the butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before inverting onto a plate.
  7. Stir remaining pumpkin spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
