  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 loaf Brioche or Challah bread, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Combine melted butter, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and salt in another bowl for the topping.
  4. Whisk together eggs, ground cinnamon, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, milk, pumpkin puree, and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl.
  5. Layer half of the sliced bread in a greased baking dish followed by half of the cream cheese filling. Repeat with remaining bread and filling.
