  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 lb. ciliegene mozzarella
  • fresh basil
  • fresh cracked black pepper
