  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) Milky Way Midnight bar, roughly chopped
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) Milky Way bar, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  3. Combine cocoa powder, flour, and salt in another bowl; gradually mix into wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Prepare the caramel by simmering sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and water until thickened; stir in butter and cream.
  6. Spread caramel over brownie base; beat cream cheese with sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Layer on top.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set; cool completely before adding chopped Milky Way bars on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.
