  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
  • 8 slices turkey turkey bacon
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Create pockets in each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture. Seal with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Wrap each stuffed breast in turkey bacon.
  5. Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat and sear each chicken bomb for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
