  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 ounces whole pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons dried Italian seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 bay leaf
