  • 5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ⅓ cup lower carb BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet with onions. Cover and cook on medium/low heat for 2-3 minutes.
