  • 1 medium cucumber (cut into slices)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 24 black olives
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp dried chives

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chives, green onions, and salt until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a piping tool or Ziploc bag and pipe generously onto each cucumber slice.
  3. Place a whole black olive on top of each cucumber slice for the spider's body.
  4. Slice remaining olives in half lengthwise; cut each half into four pieces to form legs. Arrange four leg pieces on either side of the whole olive.
  5. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
