  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Pickled Jalapeños
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Havarti Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with diced jalapeños and shredded havarti cheese. Microwave for about 25-30 seconds to warm slightly.
  2. Cut each mozzarella slice in half and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes until golden around the edges.
  3. Once cooled slightly, flip the melted cheese pieces over. Spoon the jalapeño mixture onto one end of each piece and tightly roll them into cigar shapes before they harden.
