  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon dried chives
  • ¾ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes, then cool in cold water.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, layer the blanched broccoli.
  4. Season and sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through; mix in minced garlic.
