  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or more, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper until just combined.
  2. Stir in panko bread crumbs and beaten egg until evenly distributed.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a plate.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with vegetable oil; cook meatballs for about 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temp of 160°F).
  5. For the spicy mayo sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
