  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over chicken. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 2 to 4 hours).
