  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup rice apple vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 inches ginger, coarsely diced
  • 1 scallion, cut into strips
  • 3 dashes black pepper powder
  • white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Clean chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice apple vinegar, sesame oil, scallions, black pepper, and ginger; add wings and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (207°C). Arrange marinated wings on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes; brush half of the glaze over wings and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, apply remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until browned.
  6. Garnish with white sesame seeds before serving.
