  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Slice zucchinis into half-inch square sticks, approximately 2-3 inches long. Quarter the onion and slice into half-inch pieces.
  2. Preheat a sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil once hot.
  3. Add the onion slices to the pan, cooking for about 2 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and ginger; sauté for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Incorporate zucchini sticks into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly browned.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; season with salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Sauté for another minute until vegetables are tender-crisp.
