  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped) (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper and cooking spray.
