  • ½ cup Franks RedHot hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Ranch dressing (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken breast with Ultimate Dry Rub evenly.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Let rest.
