  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 packets Brown Gravy Mix
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed. Form into four patties.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Lower the heat after browning.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together hot water, Brown Gravy Mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  4. Pour the gravy over the cooked patties and simmer for about 5 minutes. Adjust consistency with additional water if needed.
