  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (homestyle or buttermilk, not flaky)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ¼ cup sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and egg until smooth.
  3. Slice each biscuit in half horizontally. In another bowl, mix remaining sugar with cinnamon.
  4. Coat each biscuit slice with the cinnamon-sugar mixture and layer them with the pumpkin filling in the prepared pan.
