  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 1/4-inch thickness)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning mix
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (white or yellow)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked, diced)
  • 2 to 3 scallions finely sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the sliced scallions, and ranch seasoning; mix until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and top with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and diced turkey bacon on top.
  7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Garnish with remaining scallions before serving.
