  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water/milk, honey, and butter. Knead until smooth.
  2. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut into strips and knot each one.
