  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil and brown the ground beef or lamb.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and add potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
