  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together, whisking until combined; bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly; bake for 4 minutes.
  5. While baking, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips over hot mixture; let sit for a few minutes to melt.
  7. Spread melted chocolate evenly over crackers; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
