  • 1/3 Cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin spice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, then add a spoonful of pumpkin filling. Cover with more melted chocolate.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
