Instructions

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil and fry in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Remove beignets with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
