  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined. Chill the dough for one hour.

  5. Scoop dough, place filling inside, and form into balls. Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden.
  6. For icing: whisk powdered sugar with melted butter, milk, and cinnamon until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
