  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until just mixed. Form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; sauté until softened and browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, chopped thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
