  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples soften.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry; add to the apple mixture and cook until thickened. Allow to cool.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit dough piece.
  4. Place cooled apple filling in the center of each biscuit, seal tightly into balls.
  5. Dip in melted butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
