  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9” square baking dish and line with parchment paper.
  2. Reduce apple cider in a large sauté pan over medium heat until halved (about 5 minutes). Whisk in diced butter until melted.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sugars, oil, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  4. Slowly whisk in the cider mixture until combined.
  5. Gently fold in flour until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown.
